5. User-Generated Content License
By submitting User Content to any Wiretap Media Site or Service (including comments, forums, or uploads), you grant Wiretap Media a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit that User Content (and any ideas or suggestions contained in it) in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without compensation or attribution to you.
You represent and warrant that your User Content is original to you or that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

12. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Sites or Services (in whole or in part) at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Sites and Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your Account and related data.You may delete your Account through your profile settings (where available). 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Sites or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
